The Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council (ADQCC) is the government entity responsible for developing quality infrastructure and promoting a culture of quality in Abu Dhabi. Central Testing Lab (CTL) is a division of ADQCC, offering comprehensive testing, calibration, and certification services across various industries & sectors. CTL's operations are currently managed by M42 Environmental Sciences Division, as part of 10-year partnership agreement across different fields (From marketing, commercial, tech, AI, training and more). M42 is a leading health tech company, a result of a merger between G42 Healthcare and Mubadala Health. Environmental Sciences OU is health-tech division of M42 that is concerned with interdisciplinary research and analysis of non-human elements impacting the environment and public health, utilizing advanced technologies for real-time insights and decision-making. All supported by BOT (Build, Operate, Transfer) Lab Operational Excellence Model, continuous R&D, and proprietary AI & Data Analytics The objective was to position CTL as a trusted and innovative leader in the testing and certification industry, build its brand so it’s ready to take on bigger markets regionally & globally beyond the UAE. The lab’s current capabilities include testing water, medicines, foodstuffs & building materials with the vision to expand services in more areas.
