








The UAE’s government is driving towards empowering its human capital for a knowledge economy is evident in all their planning and strategies. Emiratisation is one such case in point. The government is working on creating conditions that are conducive to the mental well-being of the employees, and their actual skills development thereby igniting their inner drive to contribute towards the growth and success of the nation. In line with Abu Dhabi’s vision to enable a future-ready government, the Department of Government Support (DGS) has developed a 12-month Employee Wellbeing and Engagement Program. It aims to drive employee wellbeing and engagement across 60+ government entities impacting 60,000+ employees in Abu Dhabi. This campaign is about giving visibility to this program, and getting employees excited to participate in it. We want the government employees to be on board with the initiatives that are planned for them and contribute towards its success by committed participation.
